Property Evaluation and Offer
Once I've identified potential properties, I'll take you on a tour to view them in person. I'll help you evaluate each property, providing you with insights and market data to help inform your decision-making. Once you've identified a property you love, I will help you make an offer that is fair and competitive.
Closing and Moving In
After your offer is accepted, I will work closely with the seller's agent, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process. I'll also provide you with guidance and recommendations for any necessary services, such as movers or home improvement professionals, to make your move-in process as seamless as possible.
